Add fake terms of service page

Add terms-of-service.html with some fake lorem ipsum text.

Hint: you can generate random text using loremX, where X is number of words, in Visual SDtudio Code. Otherwise use a lorem ipsum website.

Try to make a couple of paragraphs, with headings for each section.
