DMR on stranded data #565

Is there a way to get DMR information on stranded data? I was able to generate the pileup file to include strand, but the DMR output doesn't include strand information.

Is it possible to use modkit stats to pull out stranded data once DMR segments have been located? Attempted it but "." was included in the strand column.
