ENSv2 Find Domains Additional Filters

- may want a version that abstracts over v1/v2 domains and just returns unique names, currently both v1 and v2 names are returned in the response
  - need to think about migration state before implementing this
  - but the goal is for the find-domains helper to prefer a v2 domain over a v1 domain (if that would also occur during resolution)
