There is no support for inline-forms or navbar forms

When rendering inline-forms, it creates control-group divs, which breaks the bootstrap styling for inline-forms, even when you add the inline-form class to the form attributes.

I'll look at changing this in the future; I need to re-work the library to work with bootstrap 3.0 anyhow :)
