Allow header-images smaller than header-width

Hi,
in https://github.com/mtomas7/tiny-framework/blob/master/header.php#L144 header-images which are smaller than the header are rejected. Would it possible to make this behaviour configurable?

Hi, Michael, please try this tip, just change the width:
