Library no longer available on pip

While trying to install via pip with/without version, I get the following message:
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement LinkedIn-Client-Library (from versions: )
  No matching distribution found for LinkedIn-Client-Library

Also I cannot find it's entry in pypi pages.

Am I mistaken and it was never available on pip? Or is there an error?
