Show percentage for bucket sampling #1024
Description
When entering values for bucket sampling we should calculate and show the user the percent of the population affected by their settings.
For context we recently had an issue where we intended to target 6%:
No. of buckets: 600
Total buckets: 10000
But we targetted 0.6%
No. of buckets: 60
Total buckets: 10000
This was missed during writing as well as review and could have been easily avoided.
