Improve our grunt-contrib-compress usage #645
Description
We use https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-compress to compress our resources before uploading them to s3. There are a few issues with it
- https://pracucci.com/best-gzip-compression-with-grunt-contrib-compress.html
- use of optional brotli compression breaks travis (fixed in Update our travis-ci config to use a C++ compiler that can compile iltorb #592), and in Windows.
Maybe there is something we can do to improve this, or we can switch to some other module.
