Missing configuration panel

I can't see the configuration panel... Only keybindings and github readme.

I had the same problem. I then removed Atom completely including all user settings (.atom), caches, preferences, etc. Re-installed and set-up ruby-test first. Did ctrl+cmd+x, restarted Atom. Settings still missing. Restarted Atom, went to Packages, settings button appeared. So something glitchy.

As the README said, you first need to activate it with the command 'crtl+cmd+x', then open 'Atom Package' setting and you will see it.
