ML TTS dictation

right now the current TTS is basically unusable, I have no idea what it's saying, i would recommend implementing something small and running locally like this: https://github.com/KittenML/KittenTTS

obviously I don't want the monkeytype server running this, don't need to put all that compute on it, but it would make this mode actually usable.

The current TTS is a bit unusable for me too. Implementing something like KittenTTS locally would be an upgrade,it's lightweight.

Monkeytype just uses your default speech synthesizer via the web speech api.
