[BUG] - Auto Run setting is always enabled on startup

Bug
Every time I open Obsidian, the plugin's AUTO RUN setting doesn't remember the previous state and always starts active.

obsidian version: 1.8.10

I looked into the issue further: enabling/disabling the auto run switch does not modify the data.json file.
