Concurrent Downloads Setting Does Nothing

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

Describe the bug

In Modrinth settings I have maxiumum concurrent downloads set to 10, however when updating my mods in a modpack it downloads each one after one is done, never actually downloading them at the same time. This didn't use to be the case in older modrinth versions (before the x/x thing at the bottom showing download status of updating mods)

Steps to reproduce

1. Set maximum concurrent downloads to anything but 1
2. Try and update multiple mods in a pack
3. see it only downloads one at a time

Expected behavior

Should download x amount of mods at once not one at a time
