Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
The version filter for datapacks can be selected starting from 1.12 and below, despite the fact that datapacks only first appeared in 1.13.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make it so that users cannot see/select versions lower than 1.13.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe this should be done not only with datapacks, but also with mods/plugins, so that it only shows versions for which the loader is available. For example, for Ornithe, it would be available from all beta versions up to 1.14.
