genomicsqlite.attach_sql() doesn't work in python 3.11

python version: 3.11.4
genomicsqlite version: 0.9.4

Failed example:

import genomicsqlite

db_path = '/path/to/ordinary.sqlite'
table_name = 'my_table'

with genomicsqlite.connect(':memory:') as conn:
    conn.executescript(genomicsqlite.attach_sql(conn, db_path, 'file'))
    cur = conn.execute(f'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM [file].[{table_name}];')
    print(cur.fetchone()[0])

Error like sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database: file:/path/to/orindary.sqlite?vfs=zstd&outer_cache_size=-65536&threads=-1&outer_page_size=32768&level=6 thrown.

On the other hand, the follow works:

import sqlite3

db_path = '/path/to/ordinary.sqlite'
table_name = 'my_table'

with sqlite3.connect('file:memory?mode=memory&cache=shared', uri=True) as conn:
    conn.execute("ATTACH DATABASE ? AS [file];", (db_path,))
    cur = conn.execute(f'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM [file].[{table_name}];')
    print(cur.fetchone()[0])

For the latter case, using db_path = 'file:/path/to/ordinary.sqlite' also works.
Other the other hand, the following doesn't work neither:

import sqlite3
import genomicsqlite

db_path = '/path/to/ordinary.sqlite'
table_name = 'my_table'

with genomicsqlite.connect(':memory:') as conn:
    conn.execute("ATTACH DATABASE ? AS [file];", (db_path,))
    cur = conn.execute(f'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM [file].[{table_name}];')
    print(cur.fetchone()[0])
