Unknown CPU: AMD EPYC 9454 48-Core Processor

the package seems to be missing information about my CPU.
Our project is running on a tight deadline so any support on this issue is highly appreciated!

For reference, this is the error message:
[codecarbon WARNING @ 14:31:48] We saw that you have a AMD EPYC 9454 48-Core Processor but we don't know it. Please contact us.

Hi the list of available CPUs is here :
codecarbon/data/hardware/cpu_power.csv
Fastest option for you would be to add your CPU power (in W) in the list locally.
Then you can also open a PR with the added CPU in the CSV so that it will be available for everyone after installation in the next release.
