Push config to GUI

Since this will be used by any sorts of people, take all the python out of the configuration. Push config, channels, and anything else to a new tab on the GUI.

Bonus points for detailed channel configuration...including plain text expressions for correlations as a function of V. This would be an entry box that contains like '2*V+0.2'. Use python's eval() function. Be sure to first test that it works.
