Add support for Apple PassKit for Tickets

Add ability to download a pass to your Apple Wallet (could do Google too). Should be suitable as the EventTicket type, will require storage of the certificate/passphrase and various configuration data.

Thinking about this further, as doing this requires an Apple Developer account and paying money, having 2 options available:

1. Self Hosted - put in configuration data, generate them yourself with your own credentials/certs
2. Hosted Service - minimal cost to cover operations and developer account costs - generates the passes for you

That way people can do their own thing; but also there's an option if people do want to use it.
