Remove CreatedBy fields from tasks/contests #173
Description
After addition of Access contrl Owner type of permission. we no longer need to keep the original creator. We can just drop it. However, this is not so easy task, since it requires to update all underlying methods which relied on taking "Author"/"Creator" of the resource. This would mean we need to update methods to join with access_control table to get the current owner
