Filter "redirect" and "conflict" from search and page view #145

Description

Description:
On the Security documentation page, multiple entries are displayed with prefixes such as “Conflict:” and “Redirect:” (e.g., “Conflict: Redirect to: Multi-Factor Authentication MFA / Require 2FA System Configuration”, “Redirect to: Force Multi-Factor Authentication MFA/2FA User Experience”).

These entries appear alongside valid documentation links and are also discoverable via the search functionality.

This issue is not limited to this page - the same behavior can be observed in other pages and within the search functionality.

Expected behavior:
Entries prefixed with “Conflict:” or “Redirect:” should not be visible to end users.
Only valid, user-facing documentation pages should be listed and searchable.

Actual behavior:
Transitional entries (conflicts/redirects) are displayed in the UI and search results.

Impact:
Causes confusion for users navigating security documentation.
Exposes internal content structure that should remain hidden.

Suggested fix:
Filter out or exclude “Conflict:” and “Redirect:” items from:
Documentation listing pages
Search index/results
