Update for Processing 4?

Processing 4 includes a number of updates, including updated JavaFX libraries.
It'd be great to be able to integrate P4 with JavaFX.

I can possibly look at this.

In the meantime, you can use the slightly more manual approach (as shown in the pde file) -- I'm sure that still work for Processing 4 sketches.
