Forks of winget-pkgs repository push spam notifications on commits

Everyone who has forks of the repository now gets spam notifications about spell checks, can you please remove spell check trigger for forks of all people on commits to forks.

Or please update it and check that it completes, because each time on commit, or sync, it sends error emails.
