Whenever i try using a code on vs code (jupyter, python) it tells me i need to install an ipykernel. problem is i already installed multiple of those but it keeps telling me to install again and again. i restarted my computer it didnt work. i unistalled vs code and intsalled it again, it did not work. i tried mutiple things but i cant get it to work.
