Feature Request: Support Discussion Search

we would like to also search and show discussions, on GitHub itself we could use 'is:discussion' for that, which does not work on the notebook.

I would very much like this, especially as Discussion search does not good results.
But im afraid that the same low quality results would then end up in the notebook.
