Repro steps:

1. Hit the URL: https://code.visualstudio.com
2. Tab navigate to Search edit filed and press enter on it and try to Collapse the Search popup
3. Once collapsed now press tab key and Observe that Keyboard focus is moving to the bottom of the screen after collapsing search popup instead of staying on Search icon.

Actual Result:

When the search popup is collapsed, the keyboard focus moves to the bottom of the screen instead of returning to the search icon or the next logical element. This disrupts the navigation flow and forces users to manually navigate back to the search icon.

Expected Result:

After collapsing/closing the Search popup, keyboard focus must return to and remain on the Search icon/button (the control that triggered the popup).

User Impact:

Keyboard users may experience challenges because the keyboard focus moves to the bottom of the screen after the search popup is collapsed, rather than remaining on the Search icon. This behavior can make navigation more difficult for those relying on keyboard controls, as it disrupts their workflow and may require additional steps to return to the Search icon.
