I have attached cpptools-srv. firstly not open the file, then attach, then switch to the file. And the debug ends.

OK. This code can trigger my crash:

I find this issue is caused by https://github.com/brechtsanders/winlibs_mingw/releases/download/16.0.1-snapshot20260222posix-13.0.0-ucrt-r1/winlibs-x86_64-posix-seh-gcc-16.0.1-snapshot20260222-mingw-w64ucrt-13.0.0-r1.7z

switching to an old 15.2 (built by another people) works.
