[2.0] global clipboard still do not work in Edit. 😢

i still cannot copy text from a desktop textfile into Edit. 👎
but i can copy text from edit (via menu bar) into the global clipboard/desktop file. 👍

Please be a lot more specific about what OS and Terminal you're using, and how you're trying to paste text (= via the builtin menu or by pressing Cmd+V/Ctrl+V).
