How to disable the *** ligature

I am having issues trying to find out how to disable the *** ligature. It's not a ligature that has a purpose for what I do and I would like to disable it, but no matter what I try, I cannot seem to.

Primarily I use Microsoft Terminal and Visual Studio 2026.
