Shell Launcher V2 is not working on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 #508

Hi,
I am using PS script (https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-iotcore-samples/blob/develop/Samples/ShellLauncherV2/SampleBridgeWmiScripts/ShellLauncherBridgeWmiHelpers.ps1) to enable custom shell on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 but PS is failing with WMI General Error and as per Event log for "AssignedAccess" it is raising an operational event "Class is not licensed for use".
I am running the PS script as instructed in "https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-iotcore-samples/blob/develop/Samples/ShellLauncherV2/SampleBridgeWmiScripts/README.md"
Can someone please confirm if Shell Launcher V2 is supported on Windows 11 Pro 22H2? and if yes, how to resolve above error?
