TS 6.0 type regressed the iterable parameters

dom.iterable.generated.d.ts has extra Iterable<T> signatures but somehow 6.0 lib doesn't get that but instead is getting a second copy of T[] signature.

See #2383, it's adding a new signature later in the file which is not different from the previous signature. It's supposed to do the same what it's doing in 5.5/dom.iterable.generated.d.ts.
