Could be useful for checking if local registry location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WSMAN\Client" has "trusted_Hosts" is "*" or in the Winrm config shows as "TrustedHosts = *" for client. Having it set like this has caused EMS to present "Authorization Negotiate" vs "Authorization Kerberos". KerbAuth DLL requires "Authorization Kerberos" and everything else will fail to connect with EMS
