[Bug]: [E-Document] Linked Error Messages are not cleared when E-Document is deleted

Describe the issue

When an E-Document with errors is deleted, linked entries are not cleared in the Error Message table.

Expected behavior

The system should delete Error Messages for an E-Document that is being deleted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up an E-Document Service with Document Format - Data Exchange, do not specify any Data Exchange Definitions.
2. On E-Documents page use the New from file action to manually upload any file.
3. Verify that the system created a new E-Document with an error message "Failed to process the file with data exchange".
4. Manually delete this E-Document.
5. Open the Error Message table (?table=700) and verify that the Error Message for the E-Document is still in the table.

Additional context

Usually an E-Document cannot be manually deleted because of the status check and a link to an existing document, but it can happen on an imported document which has not yet been processed.
