Bug Description

When doing large transfers (i.e. numerous gigabytes), the Activities pane will sometimes randomly clear, despite the activities still running. This makes it impossible to track progress on these tasks and since they can't be resumed if interrupted, this can be a major issue. Trying to refresh the UI isn't helpful because that requires stopping all existing transfers. It can sometimes take many hours for this to manifest and other times, it's relatively quick.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start large transfer.
2. After unpredictable amount of time, Activities pane will empty while transfers continue running.

Actual Experience

You lose the ability to track progress of transfers without restarting the application and cancelling any in progress.

Expected Experience

Given how large some transfers can be, the progress indication needs to be reliable and consistent.

Thanks for the detailed report. To help us track this down, could you provide:

1. Activity log — Next time the pane goes blank, go to Help > Open Activity Log Folder and attach the latest log file. The log should capture what was happening in the moments before the pane cleared.
2. Approximate number of transfers — When this happens, roughly how many concurrent transfers are running? (e.g., dozens of small files, or a few large ones?)
3. Transfer type — Are these uploads, downloads, or copies? Blob, file share, or mixed?
4. Does the pane come back? — If you wait (without refreshing), does the pane eventually repopulate, or does it stay blank until you restart?

The last question will help us distinguish between a rendering error (permanent blank) vs. a temporary state issue.
