Azure Portal has Runtime Issues in Flex Consumption - Unsuable.

Feel free moderator to move this where it belongs since I am quite sure that it really belongs to no one at Microsoft. But since this just happens to be where the last failure of the Azure Portal to do its job happened, causing me to blow my stack! After days of trying to make a very simple working functions code run in Azure Portal Flex Consumption plan environment actually work - wanted to use lots of words to demonstrate just how angry I am - but alas it will do no good. There really isn't anybody reading this, just good old MS Bot.
I have no ability to get logs, the portal shows Bad request for just about everything related to troubleshooting. Can i repo the problem, no its not my code.
Like always, in development it takes command line tools, VSC, VSC extensions, tools, node, and a host of other trash to make stuff. None of which like to work together! I got Bash, PowerHell, which I would like to l hit VSC with and throw it into the other one. Finally, I must be Androschizoid trying to get MS to work with Azure.
When you move this because it does not apply to your team and nobody's team by extension, maybe you just send it the big boss and let it land on him, he's smart - he certainly can figure this one out. Copilot ran away crying.

In case you could not understand the issue. I could not make coherent sentences through my blind rage. I cannot make a simple function work in Azure Flex Consumption plan. The code works in VSC (after days of work getting all the tools required) installed. It deploys to Azure with no errors. I have been trying for two days to figure out what is wrong. However the Azure Portal itself throws so many "Bad request" errors just trying to open things to look at, it is impossible to figure out what is wrong. The Azure CLI tools can't even login. I can't use the tools inside VSC because of login conflicts to the Azure services generally. Postman just simply throws Unauthorized 401 instantly, with no other comment. Fiddler shows that the headers are correct. I can't fix it if I don't know what is wrong. (By the way, I used Copilot and the spotty documentation to create the functions setup multiple times. Starting over fresh each time). My account is THE global account that created our services and is the one that pays the bills.
