Documentation for Azure permissions required

Can you please attach a documentation for the exact IAM permissions in Azure required to deploy and function the AzUrlShortener (v4) in production environment (as it is restricted). Getting too much issue with deployment due to rules/policy.

It will probably required high permission @ritika11-work. I only deployed in subs where I'm the owner, but I know it's been an issue that other have also encounter. I try to find more details. Please share the error message and the kind of permission when it was run so I have a base.
