Localization improvements
The 1.42.0 iOS app added, among others, Dutch localizations.
While it's great to have localized content, which will make it easier to onboard new users, the Dutch localizations are a bit awkward and in some respects incomplete or invalid. Some of the content feels like they have been machine translated, resulting in awkward content.
I would personally prefer the English localizations over the Dutch localizations (without having to switch the device localizations to English) and I am hearing similar views on Dutch community channels.
@liamcottle, would it be possible:
- to be able to select / override the localization in-app (defaulting to device localizations, if available)?
- to make the localization files publicly available so that the community can improve localized content?
