Feature request: Watchdog for Repeater...

Hi MeshCore developers,

would it be possible to add a watchdog feature—at least for devices where the hardware supports it?
I understand that a watchdog can sometimes mask underlying issues, but it could be especially useful for repeaters, which are often installed in hard-to-reach locations (like rooftops) and are critical for network connectivity.

Suggestions:
Enable the watchdog only for repeaters by default, since they are most impacted by hangs.
Make it configurable (ON/OFF) via the repeater setup menu.

This way, we can monitor uptime and detect if the microcontroller has restarted, helping us identify and address problems more easily. It would save everyone from having to climb up and manually reset repeaters from time to time!

Have done some research to check

• what meshcore devices are available
• select devices which are usable as repeater
• what MCU they have integrated
• If they support a "watchdog timer" and a "reset reason register"
