Is Ally X minimal fan curve limit override possible?

Good day!

In SteamOS on Ally X (RC72LA, BIOS ver. 310/312), no matter how low is the fan curve I've set in your plugin (say, straight 1% line), if temperatures reach 70°C the fan speed jumps up to ~6000 RPM. While if I set the same fan curve on Ally (RC71L, BIOS ver. 338) and temperatures reach 70°C, the fan speed will stay at ~3000 RPM no problem (at 80° it jumps to only ~4000 RPM on Ally).

Question: can this limitation for Ally X be overridden, so I can drag the fan curve down more? You seem to have managed to do that for Ally.

I have both devices, and I am ready to run any tests you need to gather data. I really need to make my Ally X as silent as possible, so I am willing to fund the development of this feature through some suitable platform. Thank you for your time!
