Describe the feature you'd like to have implemented
A reload command, that enables to edit the config and reload the config without having to restart the entire server/bungee.

Is your feature request related to an existing problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I discover I made a mistake or forgot some command and I have to wait till next day to get it solved.

A workaround right now is to use Plugman, which i don't like. A /reload command would be really useful. Still, to test new versions, you could try using Plugman and doing /plugman reload eZProtector.
