Add favicon.ico to template #20
Description
By default, a phoenix project specifies a favicon.ico in its Endpoint. This issue is to add that and make sure that it's copied over to the generated phoenix project.
Until pragdave/mix_templates#7 or pragdave/mix_templates#6 are resolved, there's no way to currently add binary files to a mix template, so this is blocked until one or both of those is resolved.
