Download folder icon not applying

The icon for the download folder is the default adwaita icon instead of the nice pixie icon. I solved this previously by renaming it (I think) or if that will cause breakage I suggest a symlink.

Yeah the current name for the download folder icon is
folder-downloads.svg as opposed to folder-download.svg which would make it work
