Description
Create a basic shell framework for connecting HTML/JavaScript frontends with C++ backends. This should be an abstract HTTP handler with hooks for platform specific bindings to Qt WebView/WebEngine and libevent. Additionally, there needs to be an archive object for loading static content from webpack, hyperpage, etc. Will likely start with hyperpage and expand from there if necessary.
