Fix `home.nix` location

When running `home-manager switch` we get the following error:

```
λ home-manager switch
Keeping your Home Manager home.nix in /Users/maxdeviant/.config/nixpkgs is deprecated,
please move it to /Users/maxdeviant/.config/home-manager
```

Will need to move this at some point.
