Add mmctl license get command

1. Added mmctl license get to the Child Commands list in the mmctl license parent section (alphabetically before mmctl license remove).

2. Added a full mmctl license get subsection between the parent mmctl license section and mmctl license remove, matching the exact structure and formatting of all other license subcommands:

   • Description
   • Format (code block)
   • Examples (code block)
   • Options (code block)
   • Options inherited from parent commands (code block)

The new entry is consistent with the existing voice, heading hierarchy (~~~~ underline for subcommands), and formatting conventions used throughout the page.
