Navbar HomePage Icon redirection enhancement

The HomePage Icon redirection are separated. Content for Developers redirects properly but not the logo of the website. I've tested this issue on Google Chrome on Android and encountered the same problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Observe the navbar's home icon.
2. Attempt to click the home icon.
3. The redirection will only work for content for developers but not for the logo.

Expected Result

• Both of them should redirect together properly.
