Simple audio AAF

Hi everybody ! 

I want to make some relatively simple AAF, containing only audio clips on several tracks. I spend many many hours now (I'm a beginner), and I only manage to have one track with one clip. What I need is just an example of creating an AAF with 2 tracks with at least 2 clips on each track. Can someone show me this please ? It would help me a lot !!
