On first load nothing appears

Hi,

I have created a Model driven app and Power automate kicks off and populates the field with info. However on the first load of the record it appears blank. Only after I refresh the screen does the information appear. Is there a fix for this or is this a bug?

I could not find fix for this bug, I proposed it as limitation and user training
