Project Status as of Dec 2025

I would like to know if the project is

1. actively maintained: accept feature requests. Solve user issues and fix bugs timely.
2. low-maintenance mode: do not accept feature requests. Solve solve issues and fix bugs.
3. archived: do not accept feature requests, issues, but fix bugs.
4. not maintained: do not accept feature requests, issues, and bug fixes.

My guess is (3) or (4). As of 2025 Dec 15, there are 34 open PR and 101 open issues.

Is there any way the community can help, to bring the project back to (1)?

Hi, I'm one of the maintainers of this and I'd like to think it's actively maintained. I know it goes through periods of lower activity, but it's used in Gitea and so there is necessity to ensure it doesn't fall by the wayside. Some of the PRs have fallen due to conflicts, breaking changes, lack of response to questions asked, unfamiliarity with provider (including a lack of linked docs). A way that could be helped is a thorough audit of the open issues, as some of them could likely be closed.
