GPS locations for sequences from Viofo MP4 uploaded via desktop uploader don't match image location

Steps to reproduce behavior

1. capture a video using a Viofo A129 dashcam
2. drop onto desktop uploader
3. upload

Expected behavior

I expect the GPS locations for the images in the sequence to match the actual locations

Actual behavior

GPS locations do not match actual image locations.

You can see that the GPS locations "start moving" before the car does.
