Peer Dependency <3.0.0 mapbox-gl-geocoder with 3.0.0 beta or rc

There is an issue with the dependency of the package to the mapbox-gl it should be smaller then 3.0.0

It works with --legacy-peer-deps though it needs to be added all the time.
Is there a new version planned for the new Mapbox-gl > 3.0.0 ?

This example utilizes mapbox-gl v3 and mapbox-gl-geocoder v5. Can someone update this package, so we could install it via npm and uset it?

This is still a problem with mapbox-gl 3.1.2.

And looks like this is still an issue a year later with "mapbox-gl": "^3.10.0", and this geocoder lib
