[CODE] LNK2001 and LNK1120 in manifest.obj, vscript_vbsp.obj and vbsp.exe

I just compiled mapbase-map-2025 and got errors LNK2001 and LNK1120 in manifest.obj, vscript_vbsp.obj and vbsp.exe.
